How Do I Use the Merchandise Catalog?

You can spend your 2025 points from February 15 – May 15, 2026 in our online store. The redemption period begins as soon as you receive your Awards Certificate in late February. Your user name and password are printed on your Awards Certificate. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

How Long to Get Catalog Items?

Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. If it has been longer than 8 weeks, contact Hal Kaufman for more info about your order.

My Catalog Item Is Damaged

You have 90 days after receiving item to return it. Please contact Hal Kaufman for more info about returning your order.

How Do I Get NGWA Tickets?

NGWA will be in Las Vegas from December 8-10, 2026. Preferred Pump will not have a booth, but feel free to join us at our social events we’ll be hosting during this time. You can call your salesman to get 50% off your tickets. Remember, while our discount always offers 50% off, NGWA raises prices the closer we get to the event, so buy early.

What Is The $44,000 Raffle?

Preferred Pump awards $1,000 for every year we’ve been in business. This year’s Cash Grand Prize is $44,000. The Winner is announced during our Welcome Reception in Las Vegas and is awarded $44,000 in cash. You can only enter the raffle at your warehouse’s Open House. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

What and When is Open House?

Attended by numerous Preferred Pump employees and experienced vendors, Open House is an annual party each warehouse has in appreciation of their customers. We provide beverages for all ages, a yummy lunch or dinner, continuing education, instant cash back rebates, kids games and activities, door prizes, generous raffles, discounted hotel rates, face painters, bounce houses, clowns, and your only chance to register for our $44,000 Cash Raffle. What Dates Are the Trips?

The Las Vegas trip to The Bellagio Hotel & Casino is from December 7 – 11, 2026.

The Puerto Rico trip to El Conquistador Hotel will occur between January 15 – 29, 2027. You can see your Puerto Rico travel dates by selecting your Preferred Pump warehouse in the travel form.

Where Are the Travel Forms?

Travel forms for Las Vegas and Puerto Rico must be submitted online.

Passport Needed for Trips?

A passport is not required to travel to Puerto Rico since it is U.S. Territory. You can use a REAL ID driver’s license or other state-issued picture ID to attend both Las Vegas and Puerto Rico. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

What If I'm Short on Points?

You can buy points for the Online Merchandise Catalog at $15/point. You can also buy Las Vegas points for $22/point and Puerto Rico points for $26/point. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

What Is The Early Bird Raffle?
