You can spend your 2025 points from February 15 – April 31, 2026 in our online store. The redemption period begins as soon as you receive your Awards Certificate in late February. Your user name and password are printed on your Awards Certificate. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

NGWA will be in Las Vegas from December 8-10, 2026. Preferred Pump will not have a booth, but feel free to join us at our social events we’ll be hosting during this time. You can call your salesman to get 50% off your tickets. Remember, while our discount offers 50% off, NGWA raises prices the closer we get to the event, so buy early.
Preferred Pump awards $1,000 for every year we’ve been in business. This year’s Cash Grand Prize is $44,000. The Winner is announced during our Welcome Reception in Las Vegas and is awarded $44,000 in cash. You can only enter the raffle at your warehouse’s Open House. Open House is an annual party each warehouse has in appreciation of their customers. The Puerto Rico trip to El Conquistador Hotel will occur between January 15 – 28, 2027. You can see your St. Kitts travel dates by selecting your Preferred Pump warehouse in the travel form.
Travel forms for Las Vegas and Puerto Rico must be submitted online.
A passport is not required to travel to Puerto Rico since it U.S. Territory. You can use a REAL ID driver’s license or other state-issued picture ID to attend both Las Vegas and Puerto Rico. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.
