You can spend your 2024 points from February 15 – April 31, 2025 in our online store. The redemption period begins as soon as you receive your Awards Certificate in mid-February. Your user name and password are printed on your Awards Certificate. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

NGWA will be in New Orleans from December 9-11, 2025. Preferred Pump will not have a booth or be hosting any events during NGWA 2025. However, you can use the Pulstar discount link to get 50% off your tickets. Remember, while our discount offers 50% off, NGWA raises prices the closer we get to the event, so buy early.
Preferred Pump awards $1,000 for every year we’ve been in business. This year’s Cash Grand Prize is $43,000. The Winner is announced during our Welcome Reception in Las Vegas and is awarded $43,000 in cash. You can only enter the raffle at your warehouse’s Open House. The Las Vegas trip to The Bellagio Hotel & Casino is from December 15-18, 2025.
The St. Kitts trip to The Marriott will occur between January 10-31, 2026. You can see your St. Kitts travel dates by selecting your Preferred Pump warehouse in the travel form.
The Alaskan cruise will depart from Seattle, WA on July 13, 2026 and return on July 20. This 1,141-ft Royal Caribbean Quantum-class cruise ship is called “Anthem of the Seas”, and it will make stops in Sitka, Skagway, and Juneau in Alaska and Victoria in Canada.
A valid passport is required to travel to St. Kitts and Alaska. You can use a REAL ID driver’s license or other state-issued picture ID to attend Las Vegas. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.
