How Do I Use the Merchandise Catalog?

You can spend your 2023 points from February 15 – April 30, 2024 in our online store. The redemption period begins as soon as you receive your Awards Certificate in mid-February. Your user name and password are printed on your Awards Certificate. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

How Long to Get Catalog Items?

Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. If it has been longer than 8 weeks, contact Hal Kaufman for more info about your order.

My Catalog Item Is Damaged

You have 90 days after receiving item to return it. Please contact Hal Kaufman for more info about returning your order.

How Do I Get NGWA Tickets?

NGWA tickets are not included with your Las Vegas trip, but we offer all customers and friends a 50% discount on tickets. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

What Is The $42,000 Raffle?

Preferred Pump awards $1,000 for every year we’ve been in business. This year’s Cash Grand Prize is $42,000. The Winner is announced during our Welcome Reception in Las Vegas and is awarded $42,000 in cash. You can only enter the raffle at your warehouse’s Open House. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

What and When is Open House?

Open House is an annual party each warehouse has in appreciation of their customers. We provide beverages for all ages, a yummy lunch or dinner, continuing education, instant cash back rebates, kids games and activities, door prizes, generous raffles, discounted hotel rates, experienced vendor reps, face painters, bounce houses, clowns, and your only chance to register for our $42,000 Cash Raffle. Open House activities, dates, times, lodging offers, food, and event location vary by warehouse. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

What Dates Are the Trips?

The Las Vegas trip to The Mirage Hotel & Casino is December 10-14, 2024. NGWA is from December 10-12, 2024. You can get 50% off your NGWA pass by filling out this form. Contact your salesman for booth numbers.

The Aruba trip will occur between January 5-26, 2025. You can see your Aruba travel dates by selecting your Preferred Pump warehouse in the Aruba travel form.

Passport Needed for Aruba?

A valid passport is required to travel to Aruba. You can also use a driver’s license or other state-issued picture ID for Las Vegas. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

What If I'm Short on Points?

You can buy points for the Online Merchandise Catalog at $15/point. You can also buy Las Vegas points for $22/point and Aruba for $26/point. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

What Is The Early Bird Raffle?

Preferred Pump awards $500 to one Owner who submits all of their travel forms by June 15, 2024. The Winner is announced on-island during the Welcome Parties. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.

Preferred Pump is providing luxurious accommodations at The Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and The Hilton and Embassy Suites in Aruba. Please contact your warehouse or salesman for more info.
