• Yes, Punta Cana is an All Inclusive Trip!

I don't have enough points to qualify for the Moon Palace, Punta Can, Dominica Republic trip, can I buy points?

• Yes, you can buy points at $26.00 per point.
  
  Preferred customers enrolled in the program who earn at least 60% of the award point value by the program conclusion, may supplement their point totals by purchasing the balance of the needed amount. Points are redeemed and applied on a first in, first out basis for each award. As an example of a buy-in: if a trip is worth 50 points, you need to have earned 60%, or 30 points, through sales in order to qualify to purchase the remaining 20 points. The price or cost per point is based on the actual total cost of the trip and it is not available until the final costs have been reconciled. However, we will provide you with a good faith estimate on request.

How do I earn points?

• We keep it straightforward. From January 1st, 2011, to December 31st, 2011, Preferred customers earn points redeemable for travel or merchandise… simply by purchasing quality goods at our everyday low prices. Preferred customers earn points at the rate of one point for every $1,000 shipped and invoiced during this period. That’s it - there’s nothing to it!
  
  After our Open Enrollment Period, we will send you a statement each month so you can keep track of your progress toward the awards of your choice.
  
  Sure… now you’re thinking there must be more to it than this. Well, we do need to make sure we know exactly which awards you want, so you’ll need to fill out an Enrollment Form. But that’s about all the effort required on your part… there are no buy-ins, pre-qualifying initial orders, or buying material at list price to qualify!
  
  Enroll now, and before you know it, you’ll be redeeming points for amazing trips and fantastic merchandise! Don’t wait - enrollment ends March 31st, 2011!

How do you roll over points?

• Points can be rolled over from one year to the next… but ONLY for the “Big Trip”.
  
  This means that any points you earn in 2011 may be rolled-over and applied to the 2012 Dealer Awards Program “Big Trip” The destination for the 2011 “Big Trip will be announced in November, 2011.
  
  Points may be rolled-over for one year only, however, and cannot be “banked” over a several year period.
  
  Rolled-over points do not have any value except when used in conjunction with the “Big Trip”.
  
  You can roll-over any amount of points and redeem the rest for products from the 2011 Merchandise Catalog: just mark the roll-over box on your Award Certificate, and we’ll send a new Award Certificate you can then use to order the items of your choice from the Catalog.

When do my Dealer Award points expire?

• Points earned in 2010 expire on April 30, 2011.

I didn't have enough points for the Dealer Award trip, when will I receive a bill?

• Invoices will go out the month of March.

How can I become eligible for earning points?

• This incentive program is open to all Preferred customers who enroll by completing, signing, and returning the enrollment form. Enrollment forms must be signed by a principal (officer, owner, or manager only) of the firm, and must be received by Preferred Pump no later than March 31st, 2011. The account must remain within payment terms throughout the entire program period.

What is the cancellation date for the Las Vegas and the Premier trip?

• August 15, 2011.

What is the cut off date for earning points?

• The 2011 Preferred Pump Dealer Awards Program is effective for purchases shipped and invoiced between January 1st, 2011 and December 31st, 2011.

I had a winning ticket at the Open House for entry into the big cash giveaway in Las Vegas. Do I need to be present to be eligible to win?

• No. You need not be present to win, but we hope to see you there!

Who is eligible to win the big cash giveaway?

• Cash prize is a company awarded prize. The company owner is responsible for the distribution of the prize.

  Qualify at you Preferred Pump Open House where you could be a lucky semi-finalist with $100 cash in your hands and a chance to be selected for the Open House Grand Prize: $29,000! We’ll draw for the prize from our pool of semi-finalists at our Welcome Reception in Las Vegas, NV on November 29th, 2011.
